At Mathem, we deliver groceries – and much more – to thousands of households and businesses every day. As our new Facility Coordinator, you will help us make life easier, smarter, and a little more fun for our customers.
Since 2006, when we launched Sweden's first online grocery store, we have been working to make it easy to get food on the table. Now, together with Oda in Norway, we aim to become the world's most efficient retailer. And we need you to succeed.
What you will do as a Facility Coordinator 💡You will be part of the Facility team and work operationally close to the business. The role is practical, technical, and coordinating with a great responsibility for operational reliability and preventive maintenance.
Ensure stable operations through preventive and corrective maintenance of properties and technical systems, including BMS.
Perform and coordinate repairs, installations, and technical measures in the facility.
Plan and follow up maintenance together with the Facility team leader, focusing on budget, service intervals, and operational continuity.
Manage work orders, documentation, and follow-up in the maintenance system.
Coordinate the purchase of services and materials. Ensure compliance with construction, safety, and quality requirements.
You are a social and curious doer who likes things to happen. You find responsibility fun and get goosebumps from solving problems and trying new things. You care about customers, colleagues, diversity, and sustainability. You are a structured and solution-oriented person with a technical background and experience from operational or maintenance environments, preferably within warehousing, industry, or logistics.
And the icing on the cake 🌶️Electrical training or equivalent
Experience with maintenance systems (e.g., DeDU, Sauter, IWMAC)
Forklift license, lift license, hot work, and fire protection
Experience with 5S/Lean
At Mathem, you will never be bored, as every day brings something new. And when you go home, you know you have made a difference. You will get to work with smart and fun colleagues in a social environment with great diversity. And you will:
Have a chance to make a real difference at a company that has a store, products, and services that people love.
Be part of a team with colleagues who aim high, support each other, and always help out.
Collaborate and solve problems and challenges together, across team boundaries – the best ideas can come from anyone.
Enjoy an open and simple way of working. We use Slack to keep everyone updated – fewer emails, less meeting time, more things done.
Work in a modern and vibrant office in the heart of our logistics center in Larsboda. Here, you will have access to a free gym and affordable lunch, prepared by our own chefs. Perfect for keeping you both active and full at work 💪🧑🍳
Have a unique opportunity to help shape the grocery store of the future – and build a company that is here to stay.
Application deadline: 2026-02-08. We apply rolling selection, so please submit your application as soon as possible!
Come and build the grocery store of the future with us, and develop the services that people need (and the services they don't know they need but soon can't live without). We look forward to seeing what you can contribute. So apply now 💙
