LBF Bygg AB conducts both larger and smaller construction contracts, construction services, and ROT work. Our clients include municipalities, property companies, commercial business centers, and government agencies.

LBF is now looking for a cost estimator/purchaser to further strengthen the team.

You will participate in the procurement process by preparing competitive tender documents and have knowledge of market prices and market developments.

We prefer that you have extensive experience in construction production and have been active as a worker.

Some of the tasks include

• Preparing bid calculations and tender documents.
• Preparing side bids and alternative calculations.
• Preparing and drafting contract documents.
• Providing documentation and suggesting timelines.
• Making requests for quotes.
• Evaluating offers.
• Purchasing
• Managing systems.
• Sending and receiving inquiries

It is advantageous if you have experience in:

· Contract law

· Wikells

· Bluebeam

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and quality-conscious. You are cost-aware and have the ability to make decisions. You enjoy working independently with the ability to drive your own work forward but also find it easy to collaborate and are used to working towards clear deadlines.

You have good computer skills and enjoy working with numbers.
