We are now looking for an experienced project manager for our Judicial Area. Do you have extensive experience with large and complex projects? Do you thrive on challenges at all levels? Add to that high security requirements – then this might be the job for you.

About the position

You will belong to the Judicial Area and, as a project manager, be responsible for leading and steering your projects according to our management system and applicable guidelines. The work takes place in project teams and in collaboration with several people, both internal and external, such as project managers, internal project leaders, as well as consulting support and contractors. The role of project manager also involves close collaboration with our tenants, business managers, property organization, and technical experts in various disciplines. Our projects are directly linked to socially important functions and are often conducted in parallel with ongoing operations. This means that business acumen and high integrity are important factors. It often involves security-sensitive projects where our clients need continuity and an understanding of the sensitivity and nature of the operations.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Being responsible for budget, schedule, quality, and resources in the project.
• Being responsible for project delivery based on the agreed scope in collaboration with other project members and contractors.
• Continuously following up on the project's components and reporting these to stakeholders.

About you

To be successful in this role, you have:

• A degree as a civil or construction engineer, or equivalent competence acquired in another way.
• Extensive experience in project management of large and complex construction projects with multiple phases and main components, either as a client, consultant, or contractor.
• Extensive experience working in various contracting forms with different types of contractors in civil engineering, technology, and construction.
• Experience leading and working in large organizations with controlled processes.
• Experience working in project models.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language and can express yourself well in both written and spoken form.

You are a secure and stable person with good communication skills. To succeed in the role, it is essential that you understand and can apply business principles and have good leadership qualities. It is advantageous if you have:

• Experience with government dialogues.
• Certification in project management, for example through IPMA.
• Experience in document management, process control, and project methodology.
• Experience independently driving projects in security-critical environments.
• Experience with projects procured according to LOU.

Location

The position will be based at our office in Stockholm, as your projects are primarily located in its vicinity. However, some travel may occur as our organization and unit's area of responsibility is spread across the country.

We conduct a special security assessment where we perform a security interview and review final judgments from Swedish courts. Before employment, we also conduct a drug test through our occupational health service. In addition, some of our clients may require placement in a security class and subsequent background checks in accordance with the Security Protection Act (2018:585 chapter 3).
