The Role of Project Manager with Us

As a project manager, you drive the projects forward and keep the whole together – from early stages to final delivery. You plan, coordinate, and follow up on the design process together with sales and production, ensuring that the project's goals are met in terms of quality, time, and economy.

What makes the role particularly developing is the combination of leadership, technology, and business. You work closely with both customers and factories, influence solutions at an early stage, and see how ideas actually become built projects.

work closely with the customer and influence the direction of the project

This is a role for you who appreciates variation, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a real difference in every project.

You will be part of the Design Department, which consists of about 20 project managers and designers. The department is based in Gothenburg and Stockholm (by the Central Station). We also have a close and good collaboration with a professional team of consultants in India. We mainly work on-site at the office and are looking for someone who enjoys that.

Examples of tasks:

Active and close collaboration with customers on-site
Project manage and drive projects with external actors, both in Sweden and abroad, focusing on quality, time, and cost
Coordinate internally with sales and production
Follow up on deliveries and handle customer feedback.
Control of construction documents produced by external parties.
Follow up on orders and sell in Thomas Betong as a partner in new projects.

Profile of the candidate we are looking for

A positive and communicative person who wants to inspire and contribute to truly successful collaborations between us, our consultants, and our customers
At least 5 years of experience in project management of construction projects or another role that provides similar experience
Previous experience from practical work on construction sites is an advantage
Experience as a structural engineer in the construction industry, preferably in the area of prefabricated concrete structures is advantageous
Ability to analyze legal texts and understanding of certain construction law is an advantage
Construction engineer, education from a relevant vocational college, or equivalent experience
Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently.
Driver's license B so that you can independently travel to project meetings with clients
