Do you want to take a strategic overall responsibility for the project operations in a socially important organization with technology-intensive and operationally critical properties?
At SRF, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop the project portfolio in an environment where quality, sustainability, and collaboration are crucial.
About the role
As a project manager, you have overall responsibility for SRF's project portfolio. You lead projects through the entire lifecycle – from idea and program work to design, production, and handover to management.
The role entails full responsibility for finances, timelines, quality, risks, and working environment in the projects, as well as ensuring compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, and internal guidelines.
You procure and lead projects together with colleagues within SRF and in collaboration with SVT, SR, and UR. You are also responsible for managing external consultants, contractors, and partners, actively working with contract law and LOU, and making decisions within delegated frameworks.
The project manager reports to the property manager and collaborates closely with the group manager for operations and management, as well as with other colleagues within the property department, which currently consists of 14 employees.
Main responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the planning, execution, and follow-up of the project portfolio.
- Lead and manage projects through the entire project process.
- Responsible for project budgets, forecasts, and investment calculations.
- Ensure a good working environment and risk management in contracts.
- Procure and lead external actors according to LOU.
- Ensure quality in handover to management.
- Collaborate and lead with internal functions such as operations, management, finance, and security.
- Develop working methods, processes, and project management models.
Who you are
We are looking for someone with experience in managing and driving larger construction and property projects in complex environments. You are used to working both strategically and operationally and have a structured and business-oriented approach to project management.
You have:
- Relevant higher education, such as civil engineering, construction engineering, or property economics.
- Several years of experience in leadership roles within construction and property projects.
- Documented experience in budget responsibility and larger investment projects.
- Good knowledge of contract law (AB/ABT), LOU, and project economics.
- Experience working in technology-intensive or operationally critical environments is an advantage.
Personal qualities
To succeed in this role, you are proactive, self-driven, and structured. You are stable and decisive even in complex situations and have the ability to balance long-term goals with operational delivery. You are quality-conscious, solution-oriented, and goal- and result-oriented.
What SRF has to offer
At SRF, you will be part of an organization with an unpretentious atmosphere, pleasant environment, and an open and welcoming organizational culture. You will have the opportunity to work with exciting buildings filled with history and mixed technology in a broad and important role to create the best conditions for some of Sweden's most well-known and socially important media companies.
At SRF, you will have a central role in the property department in a varied assignment with both strategic and operational issues together with engaged colleagues and a culture characterized by collaboration, responsibility, and development. As SRF works with program companies, you will be part of making a difference for many people.
The position is classified in a security class, and a security review with a background check will be conducted before a hiring decision is made. For this position, you must also be a Swedish citizen.
The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period and start date according to agreement.
