What the role entails
As a Project Designer, you will work in a dynamic team where you are involved at the beginning of projects and subsequently take on the role of project manager through detailed planning, drawing, and installation. You will be responsible for:

• Technical support to salespeople and buyers during the startup of complex elevator projects
• Detail design for customers, including drawings in AutoCAD, technical calculations, and measurements
• Active ongoing dialogue with customers about the elevator installation and details regarding the project such as interior design, colors, lighting, etc.
• Creation of orders, drawings, and technical documentation
• Ongoing follow-up of orders, deliveries, handling of corrections, and coordination with the installation team

In this role, customer contact, project management, and CAD drawings are combined – and your structure, customer dialogue, and decision-making ability are crucial for the success of the projects.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who wants to combine technical interest, close customer dialogue, and delivery projects with drawings and delivery. Experience in the elevator or installation industry is an advantage but not a requirement.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A technical educational background; high school and/or university or equivalent practical work experience
• Basic experience with AutoCAD
• Experience in installation or delivery projects and customer dialogue
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

You are structured, meticulous, and quality-focused. You have a natural sense for customer contact, are solution-oriented, and thrive in a role where you lead and drive technical projects without losing the overall perspective. You are unpretentious, proactive, and enjoy collaborating to help both customers and teams achieve results.
