Do you want to work in environments few others get to experience? We are now looking for a Site Manager in electrical engineering for our advanced, sensitive projects at Westins Kraft, which is on a growth journey!

What you will do

As a Site Manager in electrical power, you will have the opportunity to coordinate and lead production in the projects forward. The projects can range from technically demanding entertainment in sensitive environments to underground tunnels. You will work closely with our project managers and play a central role in ensuring that the work is carried out according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements. You will be an important person in building effective and safe work processes while being responsible for the team's success.

You will:

• Lead and be responsible for production within electrical and electrical power projects.
• Ensure that the work is performed according to AMA EL, applicable ELSÄK regulations, and internal quality requirements.
• Establish and follow up work preparations, risk analyses, and electrical safety plans.
• Coordinate electrical installations with other disciplines in the project.
• Plan and optimize resources – personnel, materials, machinery, and subcontractors.
• Participate in cost estimation and bidding work and contribute to cost awareness in the projects.
• Follow up schedules, report deviations, and ensure a safe and secure working environment.

Who we believe you are

We are looking for someone who has:

• A background as an electrician or electrical installer and several years of experience in project management within contracting, industry, or infrastructure.
• Good knowledge of AMA EL, electrical safety regulations, and relevant standards.
• Experience with high voltage (over 1000V) is an advantage.

You are structured, organized, and have a strong drive to deliver according to goals while proactively preventing problems and ensuring that all parts of the project run smoothly.
