Eltel is now looking for engaged and driven construction managers to become part of the team. As a construction manager, you will work both from the fresh headquarters in Bromma and out in the field. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

The role of construction manager at Eltel is varied and includes several responsibilities and tasks. Your tasks include driving, developing, and following up on quality work, as well as taking advantage of suggestions for improvements and ensuring that complaints are addressed. You will be responsible for ensuring that delivered services meet the requirements and goals agreed upon with the customer. You will support technicians and subcontractors in the field with detailed knowledge of the current business agreement. In consultation with production planning, you will manage the planning of subcontractors and be the contact person for them. You will, among other things:

• Be responsible for accurate reporting from technicians and subcontractors
• Determine when obstacles/deviations need to be escalated to the responsible manager
• Ensure that equipment and materials are available

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a 3-year upper secondary education with a technical focus or equivalent competence
• Has very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Has a manual B driver's license
• Is fluent in Swedish and has good knowledge of English
• Has experience working as an excavator operator or in excavation work in streets, roads, and green areas

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience with the Opton network
• Knowledge of fiber technology and/or business/construction law
• Experience as a designer/project manager and/or as a technician
• Worked with permit management

Knowledge can be acquired through education, experience, or self-learning.
