Project Manager Ventilation – Årsta

About the Role

As a project manager in ventilation, you will be a central part of our Stockholm operations based in Årsta. You will work closely with service leaders, branch managers, and colleagues in Energy and ROT. We are a team characterized by drive, competitiveness, and strong team spirit. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and driving our ventilation operations forward, focusing on quality, profitability, and satisfied customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading multidisciplinary projects with an emphasis on ventilation through all phases, including result and delivery responsibility
• Working both operationally and strategically with follow-up, analysis, and development
• Developing and strengthening customer relationships and creating opportunities for upselling
• Ensuring a safe, sustainable, and well-functioning work environment
• Contributing to engagement, participation, and clear communication within the team
• Continuously following up and reporting on project finances and progress

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in the ventilation industry
• At least 2 years of documented project management experience
• Good knowledge of AB/ABT and experience in handling changes
• Understanding of contract and service projects in ventilation
• Driver's license B
• Good system skills, preferably in the Office suite
• Very good ability to communicate in both Swedish and English

Meritorious

• Experience in cost estimation and bidding processes
• Familiarity with financial follow-up and result management
