We are now looking for an office manager with a business and project focus who wants to take responsibility for the development of the Stockholm office and contribute to Metron's growing operations in close collaboration with our other offices.

Metron Environmental Consultant is an expert in vibrations, acoustics, and other environmental impacts. We operate throughout Sweden and offer risk analyses, inspections, and measurements that protect both the environment and people. About the role

The Stockholm office currently consists of two employees. Your role is to further develop the operations with responsibility for client relationships, personnel, projects, delivery, and long-term growth. You will work both operationally on assignments and strategically with the office's development, always with the support of Metron's collective expertise.

You will collaborate closely with the CEO and participate in business development, knowledge sharing, and collaboration with the company's other offices. The role combines leadership, project management, and business responsibility. In your role, you have significant authority to influence, make a difference, and contribute to the continued development of the operations.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Stockholm office with responsibility for operations, personnel, quality, and growth
• Drive marketing and business efforts
• Create, develop, and maintain long-term client relationships
• Coordination, planning, and quality assurance of assignments
• Project management for clients within the framework of Metron's operational tracks, such as risk analyses, investigations, vibrations, or acoustics
• Contribute to joint process and operational development between offices
• Support, develop, and recruit employees as the business grows

Who are you?

We are looking for a confident, humble, and experienced project manager with a business drive. You thrive in a broad role where you are responsible for projects, clients, and teams, and are motivated by creating results together with others. We place great importance on your personal qualities but would also like you to have:

• Project management experience in environmental, land, construction, or related fields, including planning, execution, and follow-up
• Experience in driving client relationships and business, from contact to quote and follow-up
• The ability to see the big picture, coordinate, and prioritize resources across multiple projects simultaneously
• We would like you to have experience in risk analyses, inspections, assessments, or technical investigations
• You have a genuine interest in people and see yourself in a leadership role that involves responsibility for personnel, team development, and recruitment
• A structured, solution-oriented, and unpretentious working style
• A strong interest in collaboration between offices and teams, and in contributing to joint processes and development
• It is certainly highly meritorious if you already have an established network in the Stockholm region
