Who are you? To thrive in the role of a project manager, it is essential that you enjoy leadership and working in a team. You are flexible and can easily adapt to new projects. We prefer that you have a background in one of the following areas: new construction and renovation of residential, community, and commercial properties, with several years of experience. Your character is characterized by being solution-oriented, results-driven, motivated, structured, and stress-resistant.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least five years of experience in the role
• Relevant education or equivalent work experience
• Communicates clearly and well in Swedish as well as English, both spoken and written
• Has a valid driver's license (B)

Additionally, it is meritorious if you have:

• Experience as a handling BAS-P or BAS-U
• A good knowledge of the general regulations of the construction and civil engineering industry AB/ABT, ABK system.
