As a site manager with us, you contribute both engagement and competence within your area of responsibility.

We offer you varied tasks where you combine practical work in production with administrative parts. You will be an important part of the project, responsible for building a strong and cohesive team while contributing to the whole. You will, among other things:

• Plan, lead, manage, document, and follow up on production activities.
• Ensure that assigned tasks regarding working environment, quality, and environment are performed according to established rules and requirements.
• Steer towards sustainable profitability goals and other project goals.

The Person We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is communicative and proactive and leads by example in safety, responsibility, and planning. You are flexible and have quality as a central factor in the way you work.

In addition to experience as a site manager, you need:

• At least three years of experience as a site manager in land and construction projects, primarily in water and sewage.
• Fluent knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English in speech and writing.
• Driver's license B.

It is advantageous if you have previous experience as a skilled worker.
