We manage over 1800 rental apartments and 2000 commercial units in Greater Stockholm.

We are looking for an experienced tiler to join our team. We carry out renovations of apartments and premises according to the needs of our clients and property owners.

We seek a skilled, meticulous, and loyal tiler who is knowledgeable about wet room spaces and their regulations.

We are looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility and is self-driven. You should be social and have a good attitude towards your colleagues and clients.

We prefer that you have good references for tiling work and have worked with various waterproofing systems in wet room areas.

If you have carpentry and painting skills, that is an advantage. You are hardworking and can work both independently and in a team, and should be flexible and loyal.

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience in the real estate/construction industry

- Self-sufficient in fall packing, waterproofing work, tiling

- Knowledge of painting and carpentry, general construction

- Good social skills, loyal, punctual

Meritorious:

- Driver's license

- Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written

- If you can perform other jobs within the construction industry

We offer a full-time salary with a 6-month probationary period and permanent employment thereafter.
