Job Description

As a project engineer, you will work with the project manager on both large infrastructure projects and urban development projects. You are an important part of the project management team and actively contribute to ensuring structure, quality, and progress in our assignments.
In this role, you will support the project manager in daily tasks, for example, by:

• Scheduling
• Quality assurance
• Preparing budget estimates and ongoing financial follow-up
• Working with requirements, risk, and quality coordination
• Planning and coordinating deliveries.

You will plan and participate in meetings both internally and externally, document and follow up on decisions, and be involved in driving projects forward together with the project team and our clients.
For those with a strong interest in project management and self-motivation, this position offers excellent opportunities for development, where you can gradually take on greater responsibility and drive your own initiatives. At the same time, you will gain a broad insight into various technical areas and the complexity that infrastructure projects entail.

Within the Project Management section, about fifty engaged team players work with a heart for technology and a strong passion for project management. We lead design assignments in all phases and have a broad competence base consisting of project/task managers, project engineers, and project controllers. Together, we work systematically with requirements, risk, and quality coordination to ensure effective, sustainable, and high-quality deliveries in our projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil engineering, industrial economics, mechanical engineering, or equivalent
• Approximately 1-3 years of experience as a project engineer, designer, or in a related role
• Structured, driven, and responsible with good collaboration skills
• Ability to follow up on issues, take initiative, and contribute to the development of projects
• Interest in technology and project management
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
