We are now looking to recruit a renowned and skilled site manager in civil engineering in Stockholm, for one of our most prestigious clients in Stockholm.

Marbit AB is one of Stockholm's leading players in land, construction, and infrastructure. We continue to grow and are now looking for a site manager to help meet our clients' needs. Our assignments are primarily directed towards cities & municipalities, private property owners and managers, associations, housing cooperatives, foundations, etc.

About the Position To lead, plan, and manage daily production in construction projects of varying complexity. The site manager is responsible for adhering to established frameworks regarding economy, quality, and delivery time. The work involves resource planning, which also includes operational personnel responsibility and participation in recruitment.

The job requires that you are well-versed in AMA/MER/RA, contract and business law, etc., and have good knowledge in:

• Leadership

• Technical competence

• Knowledge of AMA/MER/RA Construction

• Knowledge of contract law

• Management and quality systems

• Business systems - Byggsamordnaren

• BAS U and preferably BAS P

• Traffic arrangements

• Calculation programs - MAP

• Order and safety regulations

Your Profile You have experience from leading positions in the construction industry with all that it entails in terms of responsibility for personnel, budget, and economy. You communicate in a trustworthy manner and are a skilled negotiator. You are used to leading personnel in a large flow of projects and construction contracts. Site Manager Construction 2 We would like you to have several years of experience in contract operations in a leading position, as well as good knowledge in economics, calculations, and contract law. If you are a person who enjoys planning and meeting set goals and succeeding in your projects through collaboration with employees, suppliers, and customers, and are used to handling multiple contracts simultaneously, you will fit in and succeed with us.
