Your Responsibilities

As a Refrigeration Technician in the service department at our client Enwell, you will have a varied job where you are responsible for the service and repair of heat pumps for both private customers and companies. You will be part of a team with four other refrigeration technicians/service technicians and contribute to ensuring that customers' heat pumps operate optimally.

Your responsibilities include performing service, troubleshooting, and repairing heat pumps. You will report your work daily in our client's digital planning system and have contact with Enwell's support team at IVT. You will also handle warranty cases, calculate cost estimates, review documentation for invoicing, and communicate with customers via phone and email. Additionally, you will work closely with an Enwell service coordinator and manage the local spare parts inventory on-site. Heavy lifting may occur, and the work can be intense during the winter months with the possibility of overtime as needed.

Qualifications:

Certified as a refrigeration technician category 1
Extensive experience in Service/Repair of Heat Pumps, preferably 2 years
Driver's license B (Required)
Good knowledge of Office suite and other digital planning systems (Required)
Good knowledge of Swedish in spoken and written form (Required)

Your Profile

You are the person we are looking for if you have previous experience working with service and repair of heat pumps. It is important that you have good experience in digital reporting as it is a central part of our client Enwell. In the long term, you may be the one responsible for a team of refrigeration technicians at your location.
