The role of Site Manager
As a Site Manager, you will have a varied job with many contact points where you lead and distribute the ongoing work with subcontractors and young apprentices, focusing on work environment, quality, economy, and time. In collaboration with the site manager, you will plan and lead your part of the production with daily morning meetings, your own production meetings, safety and environmental rounds. There are various support functions on the project. You will participate in the development of schedules, check your own activities, and perform work preparations together with other team members.

About the Business Area
NCC Green Industry Transformation is a newly established business area specializing in complex and large projects in the billion-class with a focus on the future's Green Industrial Projects.

Your Profile Site Manager Concrete Prefab
We are looking for someone with a technical education in construction or equivalent experience, who has worked as a site manager for at least five years. You also have several years of experience from larger projects where heavy concrete structures have been the focus. Concrete class 1 is an advantage.

As a person, you are engaged, responsible, and organized, and you are passionate about working in production. To thrive as a site manager with us, you should be a business-minded team player driven by creating good relationships as well as good results.

Flexibility and innovative thinking are also important qualities, as our assignments often involve finding solutions to new and varied challenges.

The position is a permanent employment with placement in Gällivare. We have interesting working time models that make it possible to take this role even if you live further away from Gällivare.
