Do you have extensive experience in electrical engineering and want to take the next step in a leadership role? We are now looking for a Site Manager with electrical expertise who wants to help drive projects forward – from planning to execution.

As a site manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating work on-site in our projects, where approximately half of the time is spent in production. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, clients, and your team members. You will focus on ensuring quality, budget, and delivery according to set goals.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate between 10–20 people in projects.
• Be responsible for planning, monitoring, and reporting on project progress.
• Ensure that work is performed according to applicable contracts, change management, and project economics.
• Participate in project meetings and maintain contact with both clients and subcontractors.
• Contribute to developing work methods and creating a safe working environment.

The position is a direct recruitment, which means you will be employed by Elektrosignal infra, and we at StudentConsulting will handle the recruitment process. The position is full-time with office hours and is expected to start as soon as we find the right candidate.

We are looking for someone with a technical background in electrical engineering and several years of experience in the industry. You are a natural leader who enjoys coaching your team members and creating structure in projects. You are responsible, solution-oriented, and ensure that the work is done correctly from the start.

We would like you to have:

• High school or vocational education in electrical engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in the industry, preferably as a site manager or leading installer.
• Experience in leading groups of 10–20 people.
• Experience in project economics, contract management, and change management.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Driving license B.
• Good knowledge of the Office suite.

Meritorious:

• Experience from infrastructure projects.
• Background as an electrician.
