Do you want to be part of building the next generation subway in one of Sweden's largest infrastructure projects? We are now looking for a structured and committed project administrator for the expansion of the subway line between Akalla and Barkarby.

Your mission

As a project administrator, you will play an important role in providing daily support to the project and construction management during the production phase. You will work closely with our experienced engineers and specialists in a project that shapes tomorrow's society!

Your tasks in brief

• Code and review invoices in Agresso

• Manage documentation: minutes, notifications, questions, memos, protocols, etc.

• Update and maintain contract sheets

• Support construction management in monitoring:

  • cost, time, quality, safety, work environment, and environment

  • contractors' control plans and documentation

  • final documentation for handover

• Administer documentation related to testing, inspections, and handovers

• Assist in the intrusion process and prepare documentation for further billing

Who are you?

You are a driven and meticulous person with a sense of structure, collaboration, and quality. We prefer that you are used to working in complex project environments and enjoy having many points of contact.

We are looking for someone who has:

• University degree

• At least 5 years of experience in administrative support in construction/infrastructure projects

• At least 3 years of experience in tasks similar to those described above

• Documented experience working in construction and infrastructure projects

• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word

• Experience in document management, invoicing, and follow-up

• Good ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Swedish

Extra plus if you have previously worked in Agresso and with record-keeping and document management systems in the public sector.

Location: Stockholm Period: September 1, 2025 – December 31, 2026 Scope: approx. 80–100 % Possibility of extension: Option 1+1 year
