Working hours are scheduled in a rolling three-week schedule between 06:00-17:00.

Your tasks

As a Staffing Coordinator, you will, together with a tight-knit and engaged team, coordinate and staff short-term vacancies for our clients across multiple service categories, including school substitutes. Over time, you will participate in the recruitment of new consultants from advertising to hiring and maintain relationships with both clients and consultants, primarily through phone and email.

Your qualifications

We believe you are an experienced team player with good collaboration skills and that you communicate easily with clients and consultants. You have solid experience in the service industry and have preferably used phone and email as your main tools in an administrative role that requires coordination.

You have a business-oriented approach and, through engagement and dedicated work, always strive to exceed goals and expectations. You are structured and quality-conscious, and used to planning and prioritizing your work effectively.

Since we work a lot with substitutes for schools, it is also advantageous if you have previously worked in preschools or as a teacher substitute.

The employment is a full-time temporary position during the regular employee's studies. The temporary position starts as soon as possible and lasts until June 2027 at the latest.
