Do you have experience in administrative work and thrive in a role with varied tasks and significant responsibility? Are you structured, service-oriented, and available immediately? We are now looking for a person who can support both the office and the management team in a well-known company in health and occupational safety.

About the position

This is a part-time consulting assignment starting immediately. The assignment comprises approximately 25–40% of a full-time position, with presence in the office every weekday Mon-Fri. Working hours are about 2–3 hours per day, at some point between 08:00 and 17:00, and will be adjusted in dialogue with the employer. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for the company.

Job responsibilities

In this role, you will work broadly with both office support and management support. You will be a daily, stable presence in the office and an important function in the daily flow. The assignment requires great flexibility, self-drive, and a good sense of service.

Your tasks are mainly divided into two areas:

Office support

  • Collect and empty the mail daily
  • Receive deliveries
  • Ensure order and tidiness in the office
  • Order office supplies and food

Management support

  • Assist the CEO in preparation for and during management meetings (in both Swedish and English)
  • Coordinate and support in calendar management (Outlook)
  • Book travel
  • Be a flexible resource with high presence in the office

Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Previous experience in administrative work, preferably in a similar role
  • Very good knowledge of Outlook and experience in calendar coordination
  • You are fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, self-driven, and has a natural drive to take responsibility. You are unpretentious and flexible, which allows you to easily switch between high and low tasks. Your sense of service is strong, and you find it easy to build trust in your interactions with others. You are used to working independently, but at the same time have good collaborative skills and appreciate contributing to the whole. Your loyalty and ability to handle confidential information are evident, and you present yourself professionally in both Swedish and English contexts.

Other information

Start: Immediate Location: Part-time, 25–40%, 2-3h/day Salary: According to agreement
