We are now strengthening our office to provide even better support to our teams and leaders – and we are looking for you who want to be part of that journey. As a club administrator, you will be an important key person ensuring that everyday life works for everyone involved in BK Höllviken.

We are now looking for a club administrator for 50% who wants to contribute to ensuring that everyday life for our teams, coaches, and members runs smoothly.

About the role

As a club administrator, you are an important part of our office. You are responsible for supporting the operations with administration, service, and structure – so that our volunteers and active members can focus on football. The role is broad and varied with both planned and ongoing tasks.

Your main tasks

• Member service and registration
• Match administration (leagues, schedules, and bookings)
• Manage player licenses and transfers in Fogis
• Administration in Sportadmin and Procup
• Coordinate referee appointments and referee training
• Coordinate background checks for leaders
• Apply for grants (LOK support, municipal grants, etc.)
• Book changing rooms and manage key handling
• Schedule kiosk duty for teams
• Have administrative experience and good structure
• Be comfortable with digital systems and preferably have experience in club administration
• Be service-oriented, flexible, and easy to collaborate with
• Enjoy combining planned tasks with solving practical issues that arise

We are looking for you who

Experience in sports or club life is an advantage.

Scope and working hours

The position is 50% and includes working hours during the day, evenings, and weekends according to a schedule.
