We at Sway Sourcing are now looking for a Senior HR Business Partner for an international company with a strong focus on technology, innovation, and business development. This is a role for you who want to work strategically close to management, drive change, and at the same time put culture at the center.

This is not just any HRBP role – here you will have the opportunity to influence both locally and globally. The assignment encompasses two important business areas: Technology & Innovation and Sales Sweden. In addition, you will step into an overarching, leading role for Diversity & Inclusion across the entire division. You will work with clear goals, concrete actions, and measurable KPIs – always with a focus on long-term growth, sustainability, and engagement.

What you will do:

    Be a close strategic support to senior business leaders – translating business strategy into        HR initiatives that make a real difference.

  • Take responsibility for D&I work and drive it with both heart and structure: clear goals, anchored initiatives, and active follow-up.

  • Identify competence needs and support managers in building a strong talent pipeline.

  • Lead cross-functional HR projects in an international context.

  • Contribute with data- and analysis-driven HR insights to support informed decisions about talent supply, organizational design, and change.

  • Challenge, coach, and inspire leaders at all levels – and serve as an important sounding board in both daily operations and change.

  • Be a culture bearer who helps the organization develop into an even stronger, inclusive, and future-oriented entity.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has at least 10 years of HR experience at a senior level, preferably in larger or international organizations.

  • Thrives in an environment where HR and business go hand in hand – and where you are actively shaping the journey forward.

  • Has relevant academic education in HR, psychology, or economics.

  • Has a good understanding of change management, organizational development, and business logic.

  • Is comfortable in dialogue with both trade unions and company management – and experienced in navigating complex matrix organizations.

  • Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English.

  • Preferably has experience in M&A, although it is not a requirement.

About the assignment:

  • Start: August 14, 2025

  • End: April 30, 2026

  • Location: Western Sweden – commutable distance from Gothenburg

  • Language: Swedish and English

  • Scope: Full-time, 100% on-site
