Akkodis Gothenburg is currently looking for a Norwegian-speaking IT support technician for an assignment with one of our largest clients.
About the role:
As a support technician, you will be a key person for the service our client delivers to their end customers. Here, you will be part of ensuring that end customers receive the service and support they need to perform their work without technical obstacles. The role involves a lot of contact with users where your pedagogical ability and ability to communicate clearly and kindly will come into play.
The tasks are varied as well as the workload. You will receive incoming cases from internal employees via phone, email, and chat, who call in with IT-related issues. This can range from user and password management, Microsoft Office questions, Windows, to VPN problems, Active Directory, and similar issues. To ensure a positive customer experience, we place great emphasis on both service and problem-solving ability.
The role is located in Torslanda, Gothenburg, where you will sit in an open office landscape together with the team.

It is advantageous if you have education in IT (high school or KY/YH), experience with Active Directory and ServiceNow, or have worked in similar roles or in service professions where customer interaction has been a focus.
