Our Graduate Program is the perfect bridge between studies and working life. For six months, we offer a combination of training and practical work in real customer projects, becoming part of our family-like community. The program starts at the end of August 2025 at our offices in Gothenburg or Östersund.

What we offer The Graduate Program is carefully structured and consists of four sprints. Each sprint focuses on one of our main areas: Digital Business and Products, Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, and AI. Whether you are a backend developer or a Data Engineer, you will delve into all areas. This broadens your skills and gives you a holistic view of modern technologies and work processes.Theory meets practiceYou will combine theoretical education with practical work in real customer projects. By applying your new knowledge directly, you gain both experience and a deeper understanding of how technology is used in business contexts. This way, you build a valuable foundation for your career.What we are looking forWe are looking for someone who is curious, engaged, and ready to take on technical challenges with us. You will have the chance to develop technical expertise, practical experience, and a strong platform for the future – in an environment characterized by technology, collaboration, and knowledge exchange.

Also participate in our social activities such as Tech Talks, afterworks, and game nights. Our Graduate Program is more than just education – it is an opportunity to grow both professionally and personally.

What we expect from you Help us build successful solutions by contributing your enthusiasm, knowledge, judgment, and capacity regarding programming and technology to us at Knowit. This year, we are looking to find talents in Backend and Data Engineering. We want you to be curious about the consulting role and have a university or college degree in software engineering, computer science, engineering physics/mathematics, or similar. Since many of our clients are international, it is a requirement that you are fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
