About the position We are now looking for an IT Support Technician/1st Line Support for an authority in Gothenburg. In this role, you will receive, register, and resolve support issues via phone and on-site. You have previous experience in Support/IT and want to develop as a support technician.

We are looking for a consultant who is structured and has a self-driven attitude. You should be flexible, engaged, and possess analytical skills. The position may involve travel using regional transportation.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in 1st line IT support. (Required)
Be systematic, meticulous, and accustomed to working according to routines and processes.
Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Ability to work on-site at the office in Mölndal. (No hybrid)

The office is conveniently located in Mölndal, and you will be part of a team of 10 people.

This is a consulting assignment; you will be employed by M-R Partner and leased to the authority.

Start: Expected at the end of January. Salary: 20,000-25,000 depending on experience. Employment: Fixed-term, 6 months with the possibility of extension.
