Responsibilities

• Handling of IT devices (mobile phones) for storage and logistics at the client.
• Responsible for the distribution and return of IT devices to end users.
• Guide end users during the installation of new and returned devices.
• Other simple administrative tasks related to the project may arise.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum high school education, preferably with IT training.
• Experience in providing technical support, preferably in a helpdesk/support center or other service-oriented roles such as retail, customer service, or restaurant.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Driver's license (B).

Employment type: Full-time Workplace: In central Gothenburg Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 Salary: Hourly wage by agreement Start date: Beginning in November
