About us

Stackbo LSS in Valbo is a group home for adults belonging to person group 1. The residence opened in 2023 and has 6 places with large, beautiful apartments, common areas, and staff facilities. The residence is located in a rural area, yet close to shopping centers and public transport.

About the position

We are now looking for a new housing supporter for our operations. As a housing supporter, you work with people who need assistance with their daily living. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues.

In this role, you will:

• Provide individual support, care, and service interventions
• Plan and carry out activities with clients
• Perform delegated health and medical tasks

Employment conditions

We are looking for an employee for a permanent position, with a six-month probationary period. The position is 80-100% and the working hours are varied, including days, evenings, weekends, and night shifts.

We apply individual salary setting and other compensation is according to collective agreements. Start date for the position is by agreement.

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in working with people based on their unique circumstances. As a person, you are service-oriented, attentive, and accommodating. The position of housing supporter also requires patience, flexibility, and responsiveness. To apply for the position, you must have:

• Education as a nursing assistant, special educator, or behavioral scientist
• Experience from similar operations
• Knowledge of low-arousal approaches and clear pedagogical methods
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing as documentation is a significant part of the job
• Driver's license (B)
