We are now looking for occupational therapists who want to take care of clients in regular housing, where our focus is on early rehabilitation, person-centered care, and safe discharge from inpatient care.

The team you will be part of consists of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and nursing staff who work and collaborate closely with patients. A varied, stimulating, and developing job!

Job Responsibilities:

As an occupational therapist, you work preventively, maintaining activities, and enhancing activity. Your closest colleagues are occupational therapists and physiotherapists, which contributes to a holistic view of human activity and functional ability.

You take your own initiatives, which include creating strategies, conducting activity training, or prescribing the execution of selected measures and assistive devices. Another part of the job is to assess the need for changes in the physical environment.

You are also responsible for guidance, advice, support, and information in individual patient cases, other staff groups, and relatives together with the rest of the team.

Qualifications:

You are a licensed occupational therapist. Experience from municipal and/or regional operations is an advantage.

You are stimulated by meetings with people where you always strive to provide a professional response according to our values. Since most of your working hours are spent in the patient's home, you are independent, have good communication skills, are flexible, and collaborative. Therefore, great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

To visit patients, you need a B driver's license and should be able to cycle.
