The newly renovated Filipstad Health Center has 9600 registered patients.

About 30 people work here, including doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, psychosocial resources, healthcare administrators, podiatrists, and dietitians. A family center, physiotherapy, psychiatric care, and municipal healthcare are also available in the building.

Filipstad Health Center is a stable and well-functioning workplace, where we encourage further education and personal development. Our temporary staff enjoy working with us and often return, which we see as a good sign.

Your Responsibilities

As a nurse with us, you will have varied tasks such as telephone advice, chat functions, planned reception work, as well as triage and care of acute patients. We also have specialized clinics for diabetes, asthma/COPD, dementia, heart failure, hypertension, and an elderly care clinic under development. We view further education in any of these areas positively. If you have an interest in geriatrics, there is an opportunity to work part-time with elderly care, which involves coordination and some home visits.

Your Skills/Competencies

You are a licensed district nurse or nurse. If you do not have previous experience working in a health center, we will plan for an individual introduction with good support. We work with mentorship. We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in people and always puts the patient first. You are positive and flexible and have a good ability to create contacts. You should be able to work independently but also in a team. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
