What are the job responsibilities?
We want to strengthen our operations with an experienced environmental worker in Karlstad. We need you to work primarily on one of our ADR suction trucks in Värmland and in central Sweden, providing quality and good service. The position will involve all different types of ADR suction jobs in our entire service area, so some overnight stays in the truck at other locations will be required. Periodically, you will also be offered to work with other parts of our broad hazardous waste operations, such as piece goods collection, bulk collection, sorting, and processing. We currently transport almost all types of hazardous waste, and our operations are constantly evolving.
What do we offer you?
As an environmental worker with us, you will have an independent, flexible, and varied job. At PreZero, we offer a workplace with a family atmosphere where we help and support each other. Without our employees, there is no operation. We have a strong focus on supporting your development at work and making it easier for you to combine work with everything else that life offers and requires. Together, we contribute every day to the circular economy and a more sustainable future. This gives engagement and pride regardless of job role. We care about each other, work safely, and have fun at work.
Who are we looking for?
As a person, you are service-oriented, meticulous, and committed, facing challenges with a positive attitude. You are not afraid to pitch in when needed. You value order and structure and have a good ability to handle periods of high workload. You find it easy to collaborate and focus on the customer. You are a problem solver and must be able to work independently.
CE license, ADR tank, and YKB are required. Training certificate for forklift and experience with accredited inspections on oil separators and tanks are meritorious. Being self-sufficient is a given for us, as you will primarily work alone.
At PreZero, we view diversity as one of our greatest strengths and strive to create a workplace where all employees feel included and encouraged to contribute. We welcome all applicants regardless of background and life situation.
The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date according to agreement. Placement at our operation in Karlstad.
