ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Kura Omsorg are now looking for two personal assistants for our client in central Arvika. The positions are as hourly substitutes, which means you will step in as needed when regular staff are absent. This means we are looking for someone who is flexible and can work on short notice. During the summer, there are also good opportunities for more shifts – perfect for you who are studying or have another job on the side!

The working hours are scheduled for the following shifts:

• 09:00 AM – 04:00 PM
• 03:00 PM – 09:42 PM
• 09:30 PM – 09:00 AM (awake night)

The start date will be agreed upon, and we hope you can begin your introduction as soon as possible.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a man in his 45s with a great interest in video games, collectibles, and taking an evening walk when he has the energy. He uses a wheelchair and needs support in his daily life – including personal care, stoma care, breathing support at night, and practical help around the home.

The client is involved in his daily life, communicates independently, and appreciates conversation and social exchange. As a personal assistant, you are an important support in creating a safe, functional, and meaningful day together with him.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR? 

We are looking for someone who is structured, has a proactive attitude, and enjoys taking responsibility. You are attentive, secure, and want to help create a meaningful and safe environment together with our client. If you have experience or education in care and support, it is a big plus, but not a requirement. The most important thing for us is that the chemistry is right and that you and the client enjoy each other's company. Therefore, we place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Employment Rate: Hourly substitute

Number of Positions: 2

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

If you want to work with children and young people under 18 years old, you must present an extract from the criminal record.
