Aritco Lift AB is looking for a Key Account Manager based in Stockholm to lead their sales efforts in the Middle East and Africa (MEA). In this strategic role, you will play a crucial part in managing and expanding their partner network, driving growth, and achieving sales targets. Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for proactively building and developing Aritco's partner network in eight countries, including the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Egypt, and more. You will play a central role in maintaining and increasing sales in the MEA region by nurturing relationships with key resellers serving both private and commercial customers. Your tasks will include sales visits to partners and ensuring high-quality service to B2B customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

Development of Reseller Network:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand Aritco's presence in the MEA region.
  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen relationships with existing partners.
  • Analyze market trends and partner performance to identify growth opportunities.

Management of Resellers:

  • Set and monitor performance goals for partners, ensuring alignment with Aritco's business objectives.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Work closely with partners to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales and Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate with locally based colleagues to identify growth strategies for each partner.
  • Administrative tasks, including managing the sales budget, using CRM tools, and documenting partner agreements.

Worth Knowing

You will belong to a team of 7 Key Account Managers, each responsible for a different region. You will report to the head of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) and work alongside 2 locally based colleagues in Dubai who are responsible for marketing and technical support. You will also manage relationships with 15-20 partners in the MEA region, with a strong focus on Saudi Arabia where 4-5 key partners are based.

As this is a business-critical role, the work is based at Aritco's modern office in Järfälla, but flexibility exists within the company, depending on factors such as role, experience level, and travel schedule. Since you will be responsible for the MEA region, this role will involve approximately 10 business trips to the MEA region per year, with each trip lasting about a week.

Our Expectations

We are looking for someone who:

  • is fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written, as you will be working towards the MEA region.
  • has a background in technical sales (and possibly related service agreements).
  • has experience representing a Nordic or international brand.
  • has knowledge of reseller markets.
  • has experience with ERP/CRM systems and good administrative skills.

The following skills are advantageous:

  • Documented experience in driving sales, conducting sales visits, and managing partners in the MEA region.
  • Knowledge of the Swedish language.

You have a curious and adaptable mindset, are eager to take on new challenges, and learn from both successes and setbacks. You are highly organized, thrive in unfamiliar situations, and can handle unexpected tasks with enthusiasm.
