Are you fluent in German and looking for a customer service role?

Then we have a position for you!

We are currently seeking customer service representatives with fluent German language skills for a project with one of our clients who is expanding their customer service organization from Germany to Sweden. The assignment is planned to start right after the New Year and will last for at least three months, with the possibility of extension or transition to a permanent position.

Responsibilities:

• Handle both corporate and private customer inquiries.
• Primarily email and phone, but also some customer service via chat.
• Work on cases in both Swedish and German.

Terms and Working Hours:

• The assignment is full-time for at least three months, with the possibility of extension. Office hours apply.
• The majority of the work is done on-site, but there is some flexibility for remote work.
• The position will be a consultancy employment, meaning you will be employed by us at StudentConsulting but work together with our client, with an office in Solna.

Start date: January 2024.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Fluent German and English are required. Good Swedish is a plus but not essential.
• Previous experience in customer service is a significant advantage.
• You enjoy working in a role that involves a lot of communication, both written and verbal, and have good computer skills.
