The role of the customer service representative:

In this crucial role, you will be the first person our customers contact, so it is important that you are engaged and interested in helping them have the best possible experience.

You will be responsible for emails, receiving calls from our potential customers, and scheduling meetings for our fantastic sales team. Most customer meetings are booked by customers calling us, but you may also need to generate your own leads. However, the need for this is typically only during the season when there is less interest in roof replacement, perhaps about 1–2 months a year.

No prior experience in the roofing industry is necessary - we are looking for someone who is willing and eager to learn new things and develop.

We are looking for you who:

• Is passionate about customer service, interested in, and wants to help people.
• Has good communication skills, enjoys talking on the phone, and can guide the customer in the right direction.
• Is willing to learn more about an advanced and technical service.
• Has normal to good computer skills.
• Has good routines and keeps track of ongoing tasks.
• Has very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
