Our first completely renovated rooms will soon be ready, and we are now looking for an enthusiastic Reservations Agent for our booking department, who will be part of the team selling the new Sheraton. Our commitment to service is reflected in every detail, and as a Reservations Agent, you will play a significant role in this as you are often the first point of contact at the hotel for many of our guests.

We will transform all our spaces, hotel rooms, introduce new food and beverage concepts, and expand our gym and wellness area. As we undergo this transformation, we are looking for the best talents in the industry to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Reservations Agent, you will be a point of contact for our future guests. You will book them in, respond to their inquiries, meet their requests, and solve any issues that arise. You will work with bookings in various systems and also coordinate with other departments to ensure our guests have a fantastic experience with us.

Main Responsibilities:

• To receive bookings via email and phone, as well as create and verify bookings in our various systems
• To handle guest inquiries and complaints quickly and professionally
• To collaborate with other departments to ensure a better guest experience
• Upsell rooms and offers to provide the guest with the best experience

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of previous experience in hotel reception and/or bookings
• Organizational skills and problem-solving orientation
• Detail-oriented and accustomed to finding ways to exceed guest expectations
• Ability to work independently and proactively, but also as part of a team
• Previous knowledge of Opera is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
