We are now looking for a skilled Waiter/Waitress for Restaurant Paul’s.

In this role, you will work within one or more areas of responsibility that all contribute to the guest's overall experience. During your time with us, these areas may vary as you and the business develop. What does the role entail?

You are the first person the guest meets in our restaurant, so it is crucial that you have a warm demeanor and are attentive to details and the guest's needs. You have a burning interest in food and beverages and appreciate order and tidiness, both in your own work and in that of your colleagues. All to provide our guests with a fantastic dining experience. Your main tasks will be to serve food and drinks and to manage your own cash register. You will also support the hotel team with other tasks as needed.

Who are you?

To fit in this role, we believe you have at least two years of experience in similar work and experience in concept-driven operations. Since the job largely involves communicating with guests, good knowledge of Swedish is a must. If you speak another language, that is a plus.

However, the most important thing is your personal qualities and attitude. To fit in this role, you need to be a responsive and unpretentious team player who takes great responsibility for your tasks and the overall result. It is also important that you can convey good hospitality to the hotel’s guests.
