We are strengthening our team and looking for a dishwasher/restaurant assistant

As part of Bosön's hotel and conference team, you will work in a unique sports environment where no day is the same. Our guests range from young athletes at training camps or participants in various courses to corporate guests at conferences or private individuals.

You will work in a small team with restaurant staff in close collaboration with the kitchen, hotel and conference hosts, and booking to provide each guest with the best possible service and experience.

Bosön has two restaurants. In the Olympia restaurant, we serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets seven days a week. In Mästarvillan, we have booked groups where we serve snacks, lunch, and dinners as well as a bar.

About the position

As a dishwasher and restaurant assistant at Bosön, you will be an important part of our kitchen and restaurant team. You will support the kitchen and restaurant staff by handling dishes and maintaining order in the dishwashing area in both of our restaurants. You will also set up, refill, and clear our snack, lunch, and dinner buffets while providing the best possible service to our conference and restaurant guests.

The position is full-time permanent with a six-month probationary period.

Working hours vary and include shift work, including evenings and weekends.

Start in February or by agreement.

Responsibilities

• Handling dishes and ensuring that all kitchen and restaurant dishes are clean and ready for use.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace in the dishwashing area.
• Collaborating with kitchen and restaurant staff to facilitate efficient and smooth service.
• Setting up, refilling, and clearing snack, lunch, and dinner buffets.
• Cash handling and service to our guests.
• Managing waste disposal and recycling according to our standards.

Your qualities

• Ability to work in a team and support colleagues as needed.
• Good physical condition and the ability to work at a fast pace.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous in your work.
• Communication skills in Swedish or English.
