Soon, the first of our completely renovated rooms will be ready, and we are now looking for an engaged Reservations Agent for our booking department who will be part of the team selling the new Sheraton. Our commitment to service is reflected in every detail, and as a Reservations Agent, you will play a significant role in this as you are often the first point of contact at the hotel for many of our guests.

We have recently embarked on our long-awaited renovation journey at Sheraton Stockholm. We will transform all our spaces, hotel rooms, introduce new food and beverage concepts, and expand our gym and wellness area. As we undergo this transformation, we are looking for the best talents in the industry to become part of our team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Exceed guest expectations in a changing environment
• Ensure a quick, efficient, and welcoming approach to all guests
• Administer arrivals and departures
• Have full awareness of the hotel's occupancy and room availability status
• Communicate and record all information regarding feedback and complaints according to established processes.
• Be attentive to events, VIP and group arrivals
• Ensure effective communication and working relationships with other teams and departments
• Promote good relationships with all internal and external customers.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience working in hotel reception
• Good knowledge and experience of working in Opera
• Good computer skills
• A good ability to handle international guests and cultural differences
• The ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Can handle higher workloads during busy periods as well as stressful situations
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English
