About the Job

We are looking for an experienced and creative sushi chef for our newly renovated and state-of-the-art sushi restaurant located in one of Brandbergen's most attractive premises. With a unique concept and an environment that puts quality and innovation at the forefront, we are searching for someone who has a passion for sushi and bowl dishes and wants to help create something special.

Job Description:

• Full-time position responsible for the preparation of sushi and bowls
• Lead the daily operations of the kitchen and ensure the highest quality in every dish
• Develop new flavors and presentations to exceed our guests' expectations
• Contribute ideas to further develop our concept and menu

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience: At least two years of experience as a sushi chef
• Skills: High competence in sushi preparation, including rolling, cutting, and beautiful presentation techniques
• Creativity: An ability and willingness to create new, innovative sushi dishes while respecting traditional methods
• Product knowledge: Solid knowledge of ingredients, especially fish and seafood, as well as an understanding of sustainability and quality
• Hygiene and safety: Strict adherence to hygiene and safety procedures in the kitchen
• Team spirit: Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a positive team atmosphere
• Service focus: Commitment to delivering a memorable dining experience for our guests
