Your assignment as a consultant with us will be carried out at our client's location, where you will provide professional service and support, handle incoming calls and emails, and work on problem-solving. You will have a lot of contact with customers and coordinate everything related to the business.

Your job will include, for example:

• Answering phone calls
• Helping customers and colleagues with problem-solving
• Conducting troubleshooting
• Responding to emails and chat
• Receiving bookings
• Providing world-class service

Location: Södermalm, Central Stockholm

Working hours: Varying hours but full-time. Evening shifts may occur.
