Job Description:

As a First Line Agent at BAUHAUS customer service, you play an important role as you have a lot of customer contact. In your role, you primarily work with service to our customers via phone, chat, and email, so it is important that you can express yourself professionally and master Swedish in both spoken and written form. We appreciate that you are self-driven and have the ability to meet and assist our customers with product, order, and complaint inquiries. It is important that you are solution-oriented and have the ability to empathize with the customer's situation. You will be part of a team of skilled colleagues who all work to make the workday as good as possible for both customers and colleagues. The Position:

Full-time temporary position of 38.25 hours per week from February to June. Working hours are varied, including weekends and evening shifts.

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and positions may be filled before the application deadline.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who enjoys and is skilled at working with people and is very service and customer-focused. We appreciate if you are a solution-oriented person who always tries to maintain a positive attitude towards your surroundings. In addition, you are outgoing, independent, flexible, and goal-oriented. Experience in related fields such as retail, crafts, or customer service is advantageous but not required. We strive for a diverse age and gender distribution as well as ethnic and cultural diversity. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities. You must be at least 18 years old and proficient in Swedish in both spoken and written form and English in spoken form. In this recruitment, we will request a criminal record extract.

Your main tasks as part of the first line will be:

• To provide good service to our customers via phone, chat, and email
• To respond to our customers quickly, efficiently, and kindly
• To take an interest in the customer's projects
• To answer all possible questions regarding procedures and guidelines
• To assist with product, order, and complaint inquiries
