Do you want to help build strong customer relationships in an exciting pilot project?

We are looking for an engaged and driven resource for a temporary assignment during 2025.

About the assignment

Our client is conducting a pilot where they are bringing parts of their relationship-building sales activities for smaller customers in-house. As part of this project, we are looking for a dedicated person who wants to work on strengthening their customer relationships and contributing to minimizing customer attrition.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Make welcome calls to new customers to help them get started with their cards and inform them about our additional services.
  • Contact inactive customers to strengthen relationships and reduce customer attrition.
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers as needed.

About the department

You will be part of a Customer Support department, which is divided into two teams:

  • Customer Service: Eight employees who answer customer inquiries.
  • Backoffice & Claims: Five employees who handle administration and complaints.

Together, these teams work to meet their customers in a proactive, professional, and welcoming manner.

Qualifications

Must-haves:

  • High school diploma, preferably with a focus on economics.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Preferred experience:

  • Experience in sales, after sales, or customer service.
  • Knowledge in the fuel or transportation industry.
  • Basic business economics knowledge.
  • Good phone skills.

  • Results-driven and motivated.
  • Positive and solution-oriented.
  • Quick to adapt to new routines and processes.
  • Curious and engaged.

Scope

• Number of resources: 1
• Start date: As soon as possible.
• End date: 2025-12-31
• Working hours: Weekdays, approx. 8 AM - 5 PM, remote work occasionally in consultation with the immediate manager.
• Scope: 100% full-time.
