We are now looking for customer service representatives for Verifone. For more than 30 years, Verifone has been a leading player in the payment industry. With a strong brand and as one of the world's largest providers of payment solutions, we are now looking for you who want to be part of their success journey!

In the role of customer service representative, you will have the opportunity to have direct contact with customers both before and after sales, while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining strong customer relationships that can impact both service and product revenues. You will collaborate with various departments and work closely with customers and distributors to gather information about equipment failures and report these to management. The work spans both pre- and post-sales, giving you a varied and dynamic everyday life.

Your profile

• Experience in customer service, preferably with corporate support
• Experience in handling questions regarding debit, credit, invoices, or other finance-related accounts is an advantage
• You have good communication skills and a strong drive to provide the best possible customer service
• Calm, responsible, flexible, and a team player
• Hold a high school diploma
• Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English

The position is expected to start immediately, and your working hours will be Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. The office is located in Hammarby Sjöstad.
