Sales Associate Wanted for Lindex and Hemtex

About the Role:

We at Retail Staffing are now looking for sales associates who can work extra as needed at Lindex or Hemtex stores in Nynäshamn. It is advantageous if you can also work in other locations where these stores are located around the Stockholm area, as you will be hired into a store pool. As an employee of Retail Staffing, you will work on assignments for one of these retail chains, but you will work in several different stores within the same chain in the pool.

You choose when you want to work by booking shifts through our convenient app. This gives you great flexibility to adapt the job to your schedule. The tasks include personal selling on the floor, assisting in fitting rooms, cash register work, stock work, and a high level of customer service. You are an important part of the team and ensure that every customer has a positive experience in the store.

Important Information:

To be considered for the position, you need to have another main occupation of at least 50%. You can either be a student or working part-time at least 50%, or a self-employed person with an active F-tax. This is a requirement according to our collective agreement, and we will not be able to proceed with your application if you do not meet any of these requirements.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a main occupation for at least one year ahead
• Has previous experience in personal selling within retail
• Can work at least two shifts on weekdays during the day, with the possibility to also work evenings and weekends
• Is flexible and can jump in at short notice
• Enjoys working quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Collaborates well with colleagues and contributes to a good team spirit
• Appreciates variety and sees it as educational to work in different stores.
• Has good language skills in Swedish and English
• Is at least 18 years old and has completed upper secondary education
