Your new role
This is an exciting assignment where you will work both strategically and operationally with their operations in Figeholm and at their Technology Center in Ludvika.
As an HR Business Partner with our client, you will become a reliable and business-oriented partner to the organization. You will work broadly with HR issues, both strategically and operationally, supporting managers in their daily work and driving long-term HR initiatives.
The role involves travel to Figeholm approximately 3 days every 3–6 weeks.
Your main responsibilities
- Be an active and professional support to the organization's managers in HR-related issues.
- Collaborate with factory management to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in line with the company’s goals.
- Ensure that HR processes work well locally in collaboration with central functions such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Employer Branding.
- Coach and support managers on issues related to labor law, employee relations, and performance management.
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with laws, agreements, and internal guidelines.
- Support in organizational development, change management, talent management, and succession planning.
- Be an active part of their global HR team and contribute to knowledge sharing and development of our common processes.
Scope of the position:
- August–November 2025: Full-time, 100% (responsibility for both the Figeholm factory and Technology Center in Ludvika)
- December 2025–August 2026: Part-time, 50% (responsibility for Technology Center in Ludvika)
To be successful in this role, you need
- A degree in HR, economics, or equivalent.
- Experience in a broad HRBP role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Good knowledge of HR principles, labor law, and HR processes.
- Experience in recruitment, performance management, managerial support, and workplace issues.
- Good proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
Who are you?
You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to build trusting relationships at all levels. You have an analytical mindset and the ability to draw insightful conclusions from HR data.

Employment scope: Initially 100% and then 50% from November 2025. Employment form: Fixed-term employment as a consultant via JobBusters.
Work model: Initially about 80% on-site in Ludvika, with the possibility of remote work as needed after introduction. Start: 2025-07-28 End: August 2026 Selected benefits: Collective agreement, wellness allowance, Benifex, and more. Other information: Approved drug test before the start of the assignment.
