We are looking for a junior project manager for an assignment in the industry. In this role, you will lead smaller projects and EPICs with low complexity. You will support and drive initiatives related to internal logistics and production flows, focusing on planning, coordination, and execution according to established routines, quality requirements, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the planning and execution of internal logistics and production-related projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to adapt logistics solutions to production needs.
• Contribute to changes in layout, workstation design, and improvements in material flows.
• Monitor project timelines, identify potential obstacles, and suggest actions.
• Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., 5S, Lean, Kaizen).

Qualifications

• Certification as Associate Project Manager / Associate EPIC Owner or equivalent.
• Certification as SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, or Product Owner/Product Manager is a plus.
• At least two years of project management experience in a relevant field.
• A background in electronics product development (hardware, software, FPGA, mechanics) is highly desirable.
• A university degree in engineering, industrial economics, logistics, or equivalent.
• Interest in production systems, internal logistics, and operational efficiency.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with project management methods and tools.
• Excellent proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
