SRS Group is a Swedish security company that manages consultative and operational security services for businesses, authorities, and individuals. SRS is authorized by the County Administrative Board to conduct and train in personal protection. Our services also include analysis, investigations, and risk and crisis management.

SRS Security is now looking for experienced security consultants with a focus on personal safety and protection for the Protective Services department.

We are looking for someone with experience in operational security work and personal protection, as well as experience or ambition to further develop into a consultative and advisory role.

As a security consultant at SRS, you will work both operationally and consultatively, handling everything from operational personal protection to client meetings with sales elements. You can work both independently and as part of a team, and we prefer candidates with experience in leadership positions in some form. Experience as an instructor in any capacity is highly meritorious.

Examples of tasks may include:

• Leading and planning assignments related to personal protection or event security (nationally & internationally)

• Conducting threat and risk assessments

• Advising on personal safety
• Client meetings regarding SRS services or security plans/assignments
• Training in conflict management, threats & violence, HEAT, PDV, etc. (both externally and internally)

The Protective Services Department

Protective Services represents SRS's operational part where you will have colleagues from security, personal protection, security guards, consultants, technical specialists, and control operations.

The department aims to deliver services focused on personal safety and is in a growth phase. We are looking for someone who wants to take an important role within the organization with great opportunities to influence their own future. You will be part of a team with the goal of offering Sweden's sharpest personal protection and consulting services for personal safety.

We are looking for someone with the following profile

• Swedish citizenship
• At least five (5) years of relevant work experience (experience from the Armed Forces or Police Authority is highly meritorious)

• Experience working operationally with personal protection (requirement)
• Personal protection guard (according to FAP with VU1/VU2) (requirement)
• Experience working in high-risk environments (highly meritorious)
• Relevant post-secondary education or diploma (meritorious)
• No criminal record (requirement)
• Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills; Office, Outlook, etc.
• Experience in project management (meritorious)
• Experience in instructing or training in any capacity (highly meritorious)
• Certified first aid training, such as FPOS, FAR, or TCCC
• Sales experience (meritorious)
