SRS Group is a Swedish security company that manages consultative and operational security services for businesses, authorities, and individuals. SRS is authorized by the County Administrative Board to conduct and train in personal protection. Our services also include analysis, investigations, and risk and crisis management.

SRS Security is now looking for experienced security profiles for the company's central management function; SOC (Security Operations Center)

As a SOC operator, also serving as the duty officer, you are part of the team that staffs the SOC, which aims to lead (receive, execute/distribute, and follow up) daily management and coordination of ongoing assignments, inquiries, and incidents in a short-term perspective, both nationally and internationally, to ensure professional and qualitative support to customers and SRS's other business areas around the clock. Clarification: This is not a SOC role from an IT perspective with extensive network and system monitoring.

To thrive in the role of SOC operator, you should be flexible and able to handle many tasks simultaneously. Your work is the hub of the company, which requires collaboration with other business areas and a lot of customer contact. You have good communication skills and can adapt your behavior according to what the situation requires and quickly prioritize your work without losing track of other important threads. You are driven by providing the highest service to internal and external customers and are unpretentious in your interactions with others. The job requires structure and administration so that the next colleague can effectively take over ongoing work. The job also requires good stress tolerance and an eye for detail.

We would like you to have broad experience in the security field, preferably in an operational but also administrative capacity as the role requires very good computer skills and experience handling various types of systems.

The Protective Services Department

Protective Services represents SRS's operational part where you will have colleagues from guarding, personal protection, security guard, consulting, technical specialists, and control operations.

The department is to deliver services focused on personal safety and is in a growth phase. We are looking for someone who wants to take an important role within the organization with great opportunities to influence your own future. You will be part of the team with the goal of offering Sweden's sharpest personal protection and consulting services for personal safety.

We are looking for someone with the following profile

• Swedish citizenship
• At least five (5) years of relevant work experience (experience from the Armed Forces or Police Authority is highly meritorious)

• Worked operationally with personal protection or event security (meritorious)
• Personal protection guard (according to FAP with VU1/VU2) (meritorious)
• Guard, Security Guard (meritorious)
• Experience working in high-risk environments (meritorious)
• Relevant post-secondary education or diploma (meritorious)
• Clean criminal record (requirement)
• Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• Very good computer skills; Office, Outlook, operating systems, networks, cameras.
• Experience in project management (meritorious)
• Sales experience (meritorious)
