Senior Payroll Consultant in Malmö

Do you have a strong interest in payroll and payroll administration? Are you communicative, structured, and want to contribute to efficient processes? We are now looking for a payroll consultant for our client in Malmö to start immediately. You will work broadly with payroll and personnel administration.

Responsibilities 

• Perform monthly payroll calculations and create payslips
• Answer payroll-related questions and provide support to employees and managers
• Administer employment contracts, introductions, and terminations
• Manage absences, leaves, and maintain personnel records
• Quality assure HR documents and ensure that policies are updated
• Support in recruitment processes, selection, and communication
• Be the contact person for external parties and authorities
• Provide additional administrative support as needed

Qualifications  

• 5 years of experience or more in administrative work focused on payroll
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Comfortable with digital support systems and Office programs (Kontek is highly meritorious)
• Post-secondary education in HR, payroll, administration, or a similar field is meritorious
